The start of a new thing...

There are so many things that have beginnings; such as life, careers, education, and learning. I have began another chapter of life and sometimes when one begins a chapter of life they have to have a new beginning. This beginning starts with a move to Lincoln, NE and a start of a new job. I am still learning the ropes when it comes to feeling comfortable with my surroundings. One thing I wish is that sometimes life would just continue instead of stopping when you move or start something new. It's like I have to get situated with all my new surroundings and make sense of it all before I can move on and begin this new chapter. I have been moved to Lincoln for over a month now but I still feel "new". How long is too long before one can start feeling at home?
