What's It Mean To Be Young???

Since I have moved out into the real world I have noticed that sometimes my age has hindered me in getting more in life. How are college grads suppose to go out into the "real world" and get a job if people won't let them show the world what they got????

I have been really frustrated by this. In my last two jobs I have run into the older staff not allowing me to show them what I am able to do. How am I going to succeed in the world if nobody will take the time to let me show them what I can do?!?!?

I hate the idea of seniority. Who cares? How many times has someone younger changed things for the better. Just because you are older and think you have more knowledge; majority of the time isn't that important. Experience can help in some incidents but whatever age you are doesn't mean you can't accomplish the same task and actually do it better!

So when you come to times when someone says you can't do it because your too young, just look at them and say yes I can and I can probably do it better!
