To get back the motivation I had before the wedding to work out. After taking a couple of weeks off I can tell a difference and I"m so ready to start working out again.

Going a complete day without a pop! I have been drinking a lot of them lately and it feels so good to last an entire day without one. Now onto day number two.

Going to work. Lately I have been extremely unmotivated to get up in the morning and go. I think it is mostly because its summer and I would much rather be outside enjoying it then looking outside.

The hubby and I have fallen in love with bike riding and we are looking at purchasing new Hybrid bikes so we can hit the trails by where we live. I test drove this bike and want it!
