This week's blank...

I first started blogging as a place to vent and pour out my thoughts. I never really even told anyone about my blog. Up until last year I thought about giving up on the idea of blogging. I didn't have any followers nor did anyone really know about my blog. One of my college friends, Marie inspired me with her blogging which ultimately gave me the inspiration to keep going. 

It's amazing to see where blogging has taken me in a year. I have met so many amazing women through blogging. The connections I have made have surpassed what I thought was even possible. Because of blogging I have felt that I have better myself. I never thought of myself as a writer and sometimes I look back on past posts and think "yuck" what was I thinking. It has been fun to see how my blogging as changed through the years and continues to change. 

I am so glad that I stuck with it and look forward to all the amazing things it has to offer in the future.
