You all don't know how excited I am to say TGIF!
This week my goal was to start getting back into working out.
I can't honestly say I did fairly well. I went to the gym a couple of times this week and started using my iPhone apps again. I forgot how out of shape a person can get when you haven't worked out in a couple of months.
Next week my goal is to do some activity every day, whether that be walking, going to the gym or lifting weights. I want to make this a habit.
In additional to starting to do more activities my other goal is to stop snacking. At work we have food days and all I do is hit up the snack table and eat. I want to cut back my eating and get a better hold on what goes in my mouth, because right now I have no control.

I'm not a big snack person but if they're out, it's hard to say no! You can totally keep these goals!
