Happy Friday! Amber and I are back for another week of Fit Fridays!
Amber and I failed to get the link up put together last week so let's make up for last week.
This past two weeks I have failed horribly. Being on the go for two weeks has not helped with eating healthy. Maybe I'm the only one but it is soooo hard to eat healthy on the go.
Though I have done an excellent job of not drinking pop anymore. I gave up caffeine completely and haven't had a problem with it.
My goal is to start cooking at home more and reducing the amount of food we eat out. Secondly I would like to start walking more, I feel like I haven't been giving it enough effort.
